Push (Tie) Rules. The hand is considered a push if the player and the dealer tie. In the case of a push, the player’s original bet is returned to him. If the first two cards that the player or dealer receive are an Ace and a 10 valued card, the hand is called a BlackJack. If the player is dealt a BlackJack, he will stand. Blackjack rules, how to play.

Blackjack

The player's goal is to assemble a hand worth a number of points that exceeds the value of the dealer's hand. You need to collect no more than maximum of 21 points, or you lose (bust). Six standard 52-card decks are used in the game. In order to participate in a round the player must place a bet.

Rules

The player's goal is to assemble a hand worth a number of points that exceeds the value of the dealer's hand. You need to collect no more than maximum of 21 points, or you lose (bust).

Six standard 52-card decks are used in the game. In order to participate in a round the player must place a bet. Once all bets have been placed, the dealer deals two face-up cards to each player and one face-up card and one face-down card to him- or herself.

Once the player and the dealer have finished taking their cards, the values of their final hands are compared. If the player's score is higher than the dealer's, the player gets a 1:1 payout on their bet. If a player and the dealer have the same score (other than blackjack), this is considered a draw and the player gets their bet back. If the dealer's score is higher than the player's, the player loses.

Blackjack

If the first two cards in a hand are worth a total of 21 points, this hand is called 'blackjack.' If the dealer gets blackjack, all players lose other than those with blackjack. If both the dealer and a player have blackjack, this is considered a draw, and the player gets their bet back.

If a player has blackjack and the dealer does not, the player wins and gets a 3:2 payout on their bet.

If the dealer's face-up card is worth 10 points, they look at their face-down card. If the dealer has blackjack, they turn their cards over, and the round ends.

Player Actions

If neither the player nor the dealer have blackjack, the player can choose one of several actions once the cards have been dealt.

'Split' – this action is only available if the player's hand contains two cards of the same value. The player doubles their bet, splits their hand in two, and takes two additional cards. The two hands are then played independently.

'Hit' – the player takes another card. This action can be repeated until the value of the hand exceeds 21 points.

'Double' – the player doubles their bet, takes another card, and stands.

'Stand' – the player takes no more cards and keeps their current hand.

No Bust Blackjack Rules

If the value of the player's hand exceeds 21 points, they lose the round.

Dealer

No Bust Blackjack Rules Cheat

Once all players have stood, the dealer turns their face-down card over.

If necessary, the dealer can take additional cards until they have 17 or more points. If the dealer's score exceeds 21, all players who have not gone bust automatically win regardless of their score.

Insurance

Special case: if the dealer has a face-up ace, the players have the option to place an additional 'insurance' bet equal to half of their original bet. Once all players have made a decision, the dealer looks at their face-down card. If the dealer has blackjack, a payout of 2:1 is paid on all 'insurance' bets. If the dealer does not have blackjack, all insurance bets go to the pot and the game continues as usual.

Counting Points

The following card values are used when counting points: the cards from 2 to 10 are worth a number of points equal to the card's face value. The cards J, Q, and K are worth 10 points. Ace is worth 1 or 11 points depending on which point value prevents the hand from exceeding 21.

The main rules of blackjack is to collect the number of points closer as possible to 21 but not exceeding 21 while the dealer’s points should be less than you have or he’s better have over 21. The cards with numbers have their estimated value, that is seven is 7 points, for example. Cards with pictures, such as Kings, Ladies and Jacks have value of 10 points. Aces counts as either 1 or 11 points, depending on what is best in the circumstances.

How to Play Online BlackJack

If the total number exceeds 21 points, you bust, i.e. you lose. If you have an amount of points less than or equal to 21 and the dealer more than 21, the dealer busts and you win. If neither the dealer nor you exceed 21, then one who has more points wins. If both of you have equal amount of points (push), nobody wins, nobody loses. In fact, the real objective of the game is to defeat the dealer and players reach it by collecting the total number of points closer as possible to 21 or forcing the dealer to bust taking additional cards so that the dealer’s points exceed 21.

  • Home Games
You start the game, making the bet. Then the dealer gives you 2 cards and one for himself. Usually this card deals face upwards. Then the dealer draws a second card face down. This card is called a blank card (hole card). Now you need to make a choice: take another card (”hit”) or fold and allow the dealer to decide what to do next (”stand” or “stay”). If you hit, the dealer gives you a card and asks again whether you take another card, or stand. You can take the card until you are not satisfied with the overall number of points or bust. The dealer should also take the card until he has 17 or more.
  • Terms of Blackjack
If your first two cards or the dealer’s cards are ace and 10 point card (i.e., 10, Jacks, Queens, or the King), this is called “Blackjack” (blackjack). If you have Blackjack, you automatically win but if the dealer also has Blackjack, it is considered a draw (push or tie). Blackjack is paid higher than a usual win. Blackjack is paid 3 to 2 that is your win is 3 for every 2 sets. Blackjack that is made after the first dealt cards is called natural (”a natural”) Blackjack.

  • Doubling Bets
After receiving the first two cards you have an opportunity to redouble (”double down”). However, most casinos allow you to redouble your bet only if your first two cards are 9, 10 or 11 points. If you double the rate, the dealer will give you only one additional card and the card will recruit itself.
  • Split
When your first two cards are of the same value (for example, a pair of seven) you can split them. To make the split you’re doing another bet, the same as the original. Then you split two cards, and you play them as separate hands (combination). Some casinos allow you to make another split (”resplit”) if you get a card of the same denomination. Special rules are applied if you decide to split aces. Then you get one card for each hand and if you have 21, it is not considered a blackjack.
  • Insurance
When the dealer’s open card is an Ace, some casinos will ask you if you want to take advantage of insurance. The price of insurance is half of the initial rate. Your bet for the insurance is paid 2 to 1 if the dealer has blackjack, which will be equal to your largest losing at the original rate. For example, say, your starting bet is $20. A dealer has an ace, and you decide to get insurance putting $ 10 more. If the dealer has blackjack, you lose your initial bet of $20 but can get $20 for insurance. If the dealer does not have blackjack, you lose $10 insurance and continue to play on regular rules.
